| Peter Sykes a été lauréat en 1993 du Erwin Bodky Award. C'est un spécialiste du clavecin, du clavicorde, de l'orgue et du pianoforte. Il a enregistré au clavecin des oeuvres de Rameau et de Couperin, il a également réalisé une transcription pour clavecin des planètes de Gustav Holst.
